By accessing this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Services

RS Surveying provides construction setout, house setouts, slab setouts, and structural positioning across Melbourne and surrounding areas in Victoria. All works are performed using calibrated equipment and to standard industry tolerances unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final scope, price, and timing are subject to a written agreement before works commence.

4. Site access and safety

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the site, accurate plans, and relevant approvals. We reserve the right to suspend or reschedule works where site conditions present a safety risk.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to re-supplying the affected service or refunding the fees paid for that service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, layout) is owned by RS Surveying or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Privacy

Information you submit through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
